The company recently closed a $25 million Series A with participation from venture capital, sports and media personalities, and influencer partners.

ABOUT THE ROLE

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

●  Design user interfaces and integrate them into desktop and mobile app

●  Ability to build and tweak UI/UX and build design/functional layout of the front-end of game 

●  Map user experience flow and identify key pain points 

●  Understand user behavior and motivation at a fundamental level, through user interviews, ethnographic research, etc. 

●  Ensure user interfaces produce positive experiences and consumer touchpoints

●  Conduct qualitative user research, interviews, usability testing, and other research methods and data analysis techniques to make informed recommendations for UI/UX 

●  Determine and define the scope and goals of various projects

●  Conceptualizing design with the website and game design teams 

●  Provide project status updates on a consistent basis to all necessary parties and adjust process and strategy as required

●  Measure the performance of various projects and identify areas for improvements 

●  Manage communication, collaboration and follow up with internal stakeholders regarding project timelines and deliverables 

WORK EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

●  Significant UI/UX and design background experience, start to finish (5+ years)

●  In depth familiarity with various project management and task management tools  

●  Top tier User Experience, Testing, Research and Information Architecture skills

●  Experience seeing projects through the life cycle

●  Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thinking

●  Utilize visual aids to synthesize complicated problems and recommend in-depth solutions

●  A strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience and relevant, user-centered design solutions for desktop and mobile

●  Professional and effective communicator with high interpersonal ability

●  Results-driven, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized

●  Experience in startup culture

●  Passion/interest in Gaming & Tech industry
