DESCRIPTION

Our client is a Spanish SaaS Start-up that helps attract, manage and hire top talent. They  work in autonomous and self-sufficient teams and always looking for passionate people who likes to do things differently. 

As a new-creation-role within the team the Marketing Manager will be the 25th person aboard and will work hand to hand with founders and the whole team. 

This role will take the lead and serve as the bridge between the company and its audience. Will be responsible for planning and tracking the budget and strategy of the entire marketing department, hand to hand with the CEO and the Content and Design team.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Propose and implement the company´s Marketing Strategy

• Create promotional information to drive business and coordinate multiple channels

• Direct social media strategies, monitoring and improving SEO

• Manage budgets for marketing campaigns, evaluate its performances and/or troubleshooting those that are not performing well

• Develop plans to maximize the company’s profits or market share

• Monitor trends in the industry

• Analyze customer feedback from different channels and coming up with new ways to promote the company

• Elaborate Inbound and Growth Marketing strategies and propose accurate software tools and actionable ideas to implement it.

• Identify areas for improvement, develop experiments to test hypotheses and analyze results regarding: Customer acquisition costs (CAC), Customer lifetime value (LTV), Return on ad spend (ROAS), Subscriptions and Conversion rates, Content engagement and reach, Email and click rates, Customer retention rates and churn 


REQUIREMENTS 

• 3-4 years experience as part of Marketing teams, specially on inbound and growth marketing.

• Experience working for Start-ups, specially in the Saas ecosystem. 

• Experience working on the B2B scenario. 

• Data driven and strategic mindset. Experience working with Google Analytics. 

• Strategic thinking, creative, problem solver, organized, detail oriented, proactive, dynamic and team player

• Turning goals, objectives, ideas and/or KPIs into actionable plans.

• Able to influence and persuade others in business. Entrepreneur mindset.  

• Fluent in English
