ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Community Manager who will be responsible for launching, managing and engaging our client's social media profiles.

This is a great opportunity to join a challenging project and contribute to develop the social community for the German health and fitness professionals. You’ll be a proactive and curious member of our growing marketing team, identifying growth opportunities for clients before they identify a need or gap for themselves. This level of foresight and meticulous analysis is what will take our company confidently into the future.





SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

●  Contribute and run the social media strategy to engage and build the German IG community from scratch.

●  Collaborating within the Marketing team, you will be responsible for generating, scheduling and publishing accurate and current content and editorial writing. You will need to be aligned with the primary HQ strategy and find the ad-hoc road map for the German market.

●  Monitor social media trends and develop tailored strategies following the standards to help expand our social media presence.

●  Assist meetings with other teams to increase engagement and develop platform-forward content and activities.

●  Responding to customers’ comments and queries.

●  Leverage PR and Marketing initiatives on the IG account, engage with local brands and enhance local partnerships with strong and impactful content on social media.



WORK EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

●  3 years as a Community Manager

●  Creative, self disciplined and passionate about what you do

●  Excellent writing skills. Ability to create engaging copies

●  Proactive attitude, independent person and highly organized

●  Knowledge of metrics, tools and digital reports

●  Affinity for the startup, fitness and technology ecosystem

●  Languages: English and German (native or bilingual)
