ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a results-driven, innovative Developer to join our ecommerce website team, building out and transforming the ecommerce website frontend. You will be responsible for building and maintaining new features to enhance the fine jewelry shopping experience for our customers. This role requires attention to details, high code quality to ensure bug free releases and a best-in-class ecommerce site.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

● Develop the serverless frontend of a high traffic ecommerce website

● Deliver code which is high quality, striving for zero bugs and able to scale globally

● Integrate with ecomm backend APIs, databases and 3rd party services

WORK EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

● JavaScript coding knowledge, including frameworks such as React/Angular

● Experience deploying AWS serverless architectures and using IaC

● Experience building into the frontend user experience and metrics, such as a RUM, opentelemetry, A/B testing

● Experience with test-driven development

● SDLC and security best practice experience

● Understanding of ecomm technologies such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager

● Global CDN services experience, such as Cloudflare

● GitHub Actions experience

● Pulumi experience

● Azure or GCP experience

● Able to adapt to a work schedule based on Pacific Time.
