ABOUT THE ROLE

We are searching for a Lead Salesforce Developer. This role will work in the broader technology team and lead the design, development and delivery of Salesforce CRM solutions and the integration of other systems.


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

● Translate business needs into technical solutions and contribute to the code development.

● Be the first line of support of triaging, resolving any data-sync issues between Salesforce and other dependent systems (such as NetSuite, Website, Chat & Phone systems).

● Maintain and be proactive with any monitoring tools to ensure coverage of observability and reduce reactive calls.

● Troubleshoot key implementation issues and drive to successful resolution.


WORK EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

● Salesforce CRM training and certifications.

● Deep experience in Integrating Salesforce with external & downstream systems including REST API's and bulk data exchange mechanisms.

● Experience with monitoring and optimizing Salesforce systems and user experience.

● APEX, VisualForce and Lightning Web Components experience.

 Deep expertise in triaging Salesforce transactions, event monitoring, expensive system interactions, identifying performance bottlenecks and recommending remediation options.

 Expert level understanding of the wider Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Marketing and Commerce.

● Jira, Agile Development methodology expertise.

 Able to adapt to a work schedule based on Pacific Time

 Advanced English (C1 minimum).
